Executive Summary
McGrath is an Australian real estate franchise network with offices across the ACT, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania. Its leaders and office teams plan revenue, agent targets, recruitment and quarterly priorities for each office and for the franchise as a whole.
McGrath engaged Peritos Solutions to build the Revenue Planner on Microsoft Azure. Users sign in with their Microsoft 365 account and work in one platform covering a franchise dashboard, sales revenue planning, agent target planning, “Big Rocks” strategic priorities, recruitment planning, performance scorecards and configuration. An AI assistant, answers staff questions from McGrath’s own operational and planning content.

Background
Franchise revenue planning at McGrath involves several layers: franchise-level assumptions, office-level targets and month-by-month targets for each agent. Offices also track the agents they are recruiting, set quarterly priorities and review performance against previous years.
McGrath wanted these activities in one platform, fed by its financial-year data from MMS and available to agents, administrators and franchise owners. Following a successful Proof of Value, Peritos moved into a full build, starting in March 2026.

Challenge
Planning data has to work at three levels at once. The franchise needs a consolidated view, each office needs its own targets and actuals, and each agent’s monthly targets need to flow through to commission, GCI and GSV figures. Revenue also does not arrive evenly through the year, and the pattern differs by region, so seasonality had to be configurable for each region.
The AI assistant brought a different challenge. McGrath’s knowledge covers operations, sales and property management playbooks, rental data and legal material. When the assistant searched a single combined knowledge base, it often retrieved documents from unrelated areas, which led to answers built on mixed context.
Solution
Peritos Solutions designed and developed a cloud-based Sales Revenue Planning platform to streamline financial planning, performance tracking, and decision-making across McGrath’s real estate network.
Built using modern web technologies and Microsoft Azure, the solution provides a scalable, secure, and intuitive platform that brings together sales data, financial targets, and performance insights in a centralised application.
The platform enables executives, franchise owners, and agents to plan revenue, set performance targets, monitor key metrics, and analyse business performance through interactive dashboards and reporting tools.
